The School and Role

This welcoming, one-form entry school in Garston, Liverpool, are looking to appoint a driven and enthusiastic Teacher to work in a Year 2 class.  The role will start immediately, and will be ongoing through to the next Academic Year.  The school are looking for a strong Teacher who can bring some experience and fresh ideas to the classroom.  The children are extremely important to the school and are central to everything that they do.  They love to watch how the children grow into resilient, capable young people ready for the next stage of their lives.  Pupils are encouraged to regard people of all faiths, races and cultures with respect and tolerance and understand that while different people may hold different views about what is ‘right’ and ‘wrong’, all people living in England are subject to its law.  The school has a busy Before School Club and After School Club and offer a wide range of After School Enrichment Clubs.

Requirements

The desired Teacher will have;

-          Hold QTS in the UK

-          Experience of working with primary school aged children

-          An ability to work as part of a team

-          Have, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
