We are excited to announce multiple Early Career Teacher (ECT) positions are available across our network of schools in Guildford starting from September 2024. We are seeking passionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic teachers who are eager to inspire and nurture young minds, making a significant impact on their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Classroom Teaching: Deliver high-quality teaching, creating engaging and inclusive learning environments that promote student achievement and well-being.

  • Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development and enhancement of the school curriculum, incorporating innovative and interactive teaching methodologies.

  • Student Support: Provide individualized support to students, ensuring their unique needs are met and fostering a positive and supportive learning atmosphere.

  • Professional Development: Participate actively in professional development programs and training sessions, enhancing your teaching skills and knowledge base.

  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to create a supportive and effective educational community.

  • Assessment: Carry out regular assessments, evaluate student progress, and provide constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or expected QTS by September 2024.
  • Passion for Teaching: A genuine enthusiasm for teaching and a desire to inspire a love for learning in students.
  • Commitment: Dedication to the academic and personal development of every student, ensuring they reach their full potential.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
