Teaching Assistant (Early Years) - Independent Pre-Prep school - Kensington and Chelsea - September start

• • Salary bracket is £24,000 to £26,000 (Up to £28,000 for outstanding candidates)
  • Level 3 and above early years qualified teaching assistants are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities for two to six year olds
• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians
• Contribute to the overall positive ethos of the school.

Requirements:

• Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
• Previous experience working in an Early Years setting is desirable
• Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
