Key Skills Required:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience working with Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) students
* Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and principles
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire young learners
* Creativity and innovation in lesson planning and delivery
* Ability to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment
* Patience, empathy, and understanding of the developmental needs of young children
* Collaborative mindset, willing to work closely with colleagues and parents

Role and Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate and engaging lessons that support children's holistic development across all areas of learning
* Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment where children feel valued, supported, and encouraged to explore and learn
* Assess children's progress and development regularly, using a variety of observation and assessment techniques
* Provide timely feedback to children, parents, and colleagues, and collaborate with other professionals to address individual learning needs
* Foster positive relationships with parents and carers, providing regular communication and opportunities for parental involvement in children's learning
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other staff members to plan and implement a rich and varied curriculum that meets the needs and interests of all children
* Maintain accurate records of children's progress, attendance, and development, and contribute to the overall assessment and reporting process
