TES recruiting n behalf of a Secondary school based in Urmston area. We are urgently seeking a qualified Science Teacher to start ASAP in a full time role until December 2024.The Science teacher appointed will be required   to undertake all aspects of the role including marking and assessment. The school are seeking an Science Teacher who is able to teach KS3 and KS4 Science and is a confident classroom practitioner.

Candidates will be responsible for:

• Planning and delivering of engaging lessons.
• Assessment of pupils & report writing.
• Attendance at parents evening and other meeting as required.
• Classroom/Behaviour management in line with school policies and procedures.
• Having an Enhanced DBS registered on the update service and be able to supply suitable references.

The role:

• Monday to Friday on a fulltime basis.
• Candidates must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) / QTLS or equivalent and have experience teaching in UK secondary schools.
• Role to start January until July 2024.
• The school will consider applications from Newly Qualified Teachers.
