The Role – Special Needs Teacher
This SEN Teacher role is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in teaching students with various needs such as Sever Learning Difficulty, Social Emotional and Mental Health and Autistic Spectrum Disorder. The ideal SEN Teacher will need to be qualified with a PGCE as well as QTS. Due to the students’ needs, it is essential that you have experience in dealing with challenging behaviour.
SEN School – Special Needs Teacher
This SEN school is located in Northolt and caters to students between the ages of 11-19 who have been diagnosed with various Special Educational Needs such as Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Social, Emotional and Mental Health as well as Severe Learning Difficulty. They currently have 195 students who attend the school and an Ofsted rating of ‘Good’ from their last inspection in November 2017.
