We are currently looking for experienced and passionate SEND Secondary School Teacher in the Shropshire Area.
As a Secondary School SEND Teacher, you'll play a vital role in providing tailored educational and emotional support to students with a range of SEND, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, and PMLD. We're looking for someone who is resilient, understanding, and dedicated to meeting the diverse needs of every learner.

Key Responsibilities:

*Utilize your experience with a variety of SEND to provide specialized support to students.
*Adapt teaching styles and strategies to accommodate the individual needs of each student.
*Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and respected.
*Provide both educational and emotional support to help students thrive academically and personally.
*Use innovative techniques and resources to engage students and enhance their learning experience.

Requirements:
-Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
-Substantial experience working with students with SEND, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, and PMLD.
-Resilient and compassionate nature, with a deep understanding of the needs of students with SEND.
-Ability to provide tailored support and adapt teaching approaches to meet individual student needs.
-Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues, parents, and support staff.
