Are you after a more rewarding teaching role? Do you want to teach smaller class sizes? Do you want a role where there is consistent support staff in lessons? Aspire People is recruiting on the behalf of an incredible school for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. This SEND school is in Peterborough and is looking for a KS4 Teacher on a full-time basis starting as soon as possible.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent certification.
- Experience teaching SEND pupils
- A solid understanding of the curriculum and age-appropriate teaching strategies.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire young learners.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and parents.
- The ability to plan and deliver creative and differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs of the students.
- Effective assessment and record-keeping skills to track student progress.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service
