Position: 1:1 Teaching Assistant
Contract: Full-time (5 days per week)
Salary: £80-£90per day

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a Year 2 student in Kidderminster, Worcestershire. The successful candidate will work closely with the student, providing tailored support to enhance their learning experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 support to the Year 2 student, ensuring they are fully engaged in learning.
• Work closely with the classroom teacher to implement induvial learning plans.
• Monitor the students progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

Experience: Experience within the last 5 years working with children, preferably in an educational setting.

Qualifications: No formal qualifications required; your experience and dedication matter most.

Compassion: A genuine care for the well-being and development of young learners.

Enthusiasm: Bring your positive energy and passion for education to the classroom.
