SEN Teachers (Complex Needs)

Location: Chelmsford

Salary: £120 - £230 per day

Start Date: September 2024

Contract Type: Full Time

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young individuals with complex needs? We are seeking dedicated and compassionate professionals to join our team at secondary schools in Chelmsford. This is more than a job; it’s a calling to shape futures and change lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs.
  • Create an inclusive, supportive, and adaptive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with other educators, therapists, and families to support student development.
  • Utilize specialized instructional strategies to engage students and facilitate learning.
  • Monitor and report on student progress, adapting teaching methods as needed.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Proven experience working with students with complex needs.
  • Strong understanding of the latest educational practices for special education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development in special education.
