Who You Are:
We're in search of candidates who excel in cleanliness and organisation. If you have a demonstrated history of effective cleaning / caretaking and possess strong work ethic skills, we invite you to join our team. This role requires maintaining a confident and professional demeanour while on duty. While prior experience as a school caretaker is advantageous, it is not essential. What matters most to us is your unwavering commitment to ensuring our spaces remain impeccably clean, safe and organised.
**The successful applicant must hold an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS**

Your Responsibilities:
As a School Caretaker, you will play a pivotal role in our team by: -

• Acting as a point of contact for a wide range of building users
• Carrying out security procedures for buildings, facilities, and grounds, including security inspections
• Identifying repairs and suspicious occurrences and reporting them to appropriate individuals and organizations
• Ensuring bins and containers have been emptied.
• Identifying any specified repairs needed for the building.
