Engage Education are currently recruiting on behalf of this high-achieving Mainstream Secondary School looking to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join there team. You should have a passion for education and should strive to help students progress in their education.  Our client is an Ofsted rated Outstanding School who believe that all their young people should have the opportunity to achieve their maximum potential; to develop academically and socially to the best of their ability.

You should have:

• Degree or HLTA Qualification

• Experience covering lessons

The school are able to offer Teacher Training for the right candidate and provide a salaried route to their PGCE and Qualified Teacher Status.
