Role Overview
As a valued Music Teacher, you will:
- Work collaboratively with the Lead Music Teacher to design and deliver an innovative music curriculum that reflects the academy's objectives.
- Play a pivotal role in enhancing literacy through music, creating engaging, interdisciplinary learning experiences.
- Offer expert guidance in music, nurturing talent and passion in students up to KS5.
- Assess and support student progress, adapting instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
We Are Looking For
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Music from a top 20 UK university.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) via PGCE, Teach First, SCITT, Schools Direct, or BeD.
- Proven experience in teaching music up to KS5, with a passion for educational achievement.
- An enthusiastic, proactive teaching style and a commitment to educational excellence.
