Are you a qualified HLTA looking for a new role to help teach and support children?
I am currently recruiting for a Level 4/Higher level Teaching Assistant to start a mixed role in Spalding You will be working 5 days a week and will be expected to complete typical TA duties in the morning and to plan and deliver lessons in the afternoon.
Aspire people have worked with this school for a while and feedback is always positive from staff.
As an agency employed HLTA, the schools will expect you to maintain the standards of a permanent member of staff so the following is expected:
* Strong curriculum knowledge.
* Minimum Level 4 HLTA (or equivalent) qualification.
* Regular assessments of pupils.
* Able to plan and deliver lessons.
* Confident with classroom control
