Learning Support Assistant

MILK Education are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to work on a long-term basis in one of primary schools within the BL9 area. To start as soon as possible and running until the end of July 2024, with possible chance of extension. This role is working 5 x full days per week Monday to Friday 08:30 am- 3:30 pm.You will be working across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, providing support to pupils who struggle to engage or access the mainstream curriculum.

You will be required to lead small groups of pupils and be confident working with both learning and behavioural difficulties.
The role is to start as soon as possible until the end of the academic year.

Requirements

To be considered for the position of a Learning support assistant you must:

* You must have transferable skills
* Be passionate and understanding
* Have recent experience working with children
* You must either have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to get one through us here at Milk Education.
