Job Role: KS2 Teaching Assistant

Salary: 384.60 - 416.65 per week (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

About the school and role:

A friendly school in the Rochdale area are seeking a talented Teaching Assitant who is passionate and dedicated about teaching. You will be looking to join an amazing environment to express your creativity and build strong relationships with students, parents and colleagues. This is a ‘GOOD’ Ofsted school therefore you will be joining a school where pupils know we expect the very best from them and will be expected to contribute to upholding these standards and the further development of the curriculum. We accommodate both newly qualified and experienced teaching assistants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons to primary school students.
• Adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.

Requirements:

• Excellent behaviour management skills.
• Ability to listen and follow instructions clearly.
• Effective communication skills with students, colleagues, and parents.
