Role Overview: SEMH Teaching Assistant
As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting students with social, emotional, and mental health needs within an SEMH school environment. This role requires someone who is patient, empathetic, and experienced in implementing strategies to support the individual needs of students. Working closely with teachers and SENCO, you'll provide one-to-one and small group support, helping students to overcome challenges and succeed both academically and personally.
