As an MFL Teacher specialising in French and Spanish, you will play a pivotal role in delivering engaging and interactive lessons that ignite curiosity and enthusiasm for languages. You will have the opportunity to develop innovative teaching strategies, cultivate cross-cultural understanding, and empower students to become confident communicators in both French and Spanish. 

Responsibilities: 

• Plan and deliver dynamic lessons tailored to the needs and abilities of students. 

• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes language acquisition and cultural appreciation. 

• Utilize a variety of teaching resources and technology to enhance learning outcomes. 

• Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to support their development. 

• Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the wider curriculum and school community. 

Requirements: 

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification. 

• Specialisation or strong proficiency in French and Spanish. 

• Passion for teaching and inspiring young learners. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students. 

• Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
