Position Overview: Engage Education is currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic team in Havering, London. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for working with children, particularly those with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and complex needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized support to students with SEN and complex needs, including assisting with personal care, communication, and social interactions.

• Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and supported in their learning journey.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting or similar environment.
• Experience working with students with complex needs and/or SEN is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Relevant qualifications or training in education, childcare, or related fields are advantageous.
