School based experience is not essential as we provide training to develop your professional practice and subject knowledge. As an office with fully qualified teaching and teaching assistant staff, we have created our own training scheme, a "TA School" that will equip you with all the necessary learning to do well in a school-based setting. To be successful in this role, you must provide a CV covering employment history over the last 10 years with any gaps explained, be subject to an enhanced DBS check and Overseas Police Check (if applicable), and have a right to work in the UK.
