To be considered for this role, you must:

• Hold a valid teaching qualification, such as a B.Ed./B.A. in English with a PGCE and QTS or QTLS.
• Possess a DBS certificate with an expanded child barred list registered with the online Updating Service, or be willing to apply for a new one.
• Bring a wealth of experience as an educator, whether you're a seasoned professional or an Early Career Teacher.

As the dedicated English Teacher, you will:

• Serve as a role model, inspiring and motivating students at all levels both inside and outside the classroom.
• Demonstrate strong collaboration skills and effective behavior management techniques.
• Exhibit a deep passion for education and a strong commitment to student success.
• Prepare engaging lessons and activities that cater to diverse learning needs.
• Foster trust and rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Assess student progress through various methods, including homework and exam grades.
