We have a great opportunity for an ambitious customer-focused individual to develop their skills and career within a successful EdTech business, working as part of a friendly and supportive team.

Role / Responsibilities:
- Provide onboarding support to new customers
- Provide technical support to existing customers
- Assist with customer queries via phone, email and live chat
- Assist with daily troubleshooting / support tickets
Skills / Requirements:
- Great customer service skills
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal
- Experience of Excel, or some data management eg. Inventories, tables
- Passionate about customer journey/engagement
- Tech-savy
This role could be suitable for someone at entry level looking to kickstart their career in customer success, or someone with previous experience working within a customer success or a SaaS/EdTech environment.
Package:
- Basic salary up to £25k DOE
