GSL Education Watford is seeking a skilled and dedicated Maths Teacher to join a vibrant school in Reading. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on students' mathematical learning and development, preparing and delivering engaging lessons that bring mathematical concepts to life.

As a Maths Teacher, you will:

• Join a supportive department dedicated to promoting excellence in mathematics education.
• Use innovative teaching methods to engage students and foster their understanding of mathematical theories and real-world applications.
• Demonstrate empathy, creativity, and encouragement in your teaching approach.
• Ensure a safe and effective learning environment in the classroom.
• Monitor and report on student progress, providing feedback to support their development.
• Collaborate with colleagues and attend parent and staff meetings as required.
• Develop and implement lesson plans, homework assignments, and other teaching materials.

To be considered for the Maths Teacher role, you must:

• Hold a degree in mathematics and a recognized teaching credential, such as QTLS, QTS, or PGCE.
• Excel in the classroom and possess a strong understanding of mathematical theories.
• Demonstrate empathy, creativity, and encouragement in your teaching approach.
• Have a current Child Enhanced DBS on the Updating Service, or be prepared to apply for one.
• Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
