The Role - Psychology Teacher/Newly Qualified Psychology Teacher - Essex

As part of the next phase of the Psychology department's next stages of development, we are seeking a strong Psychology Teacher or Newly Qualified Psychology Teacher who has a proven track record of "Good" or "Outstanding" lesson observations to play a key role in the development of the Psychology department.

It is your responsibility as a Psychology Teacher to ensure that students achieve the highest level of success in their GCSEs and A' Levels. It is imperative that you are competent in planning, preparing, and conducting lessons, setting appropriate learning objectives, creating a safe and enjoyable learning environment, engaging students in the lesson and facilitating a fun learning environment, as well as possessing good behaviour management skills. Ideally, the successful candidate will be optimistic and ambitious for young people and will be excited about joining a school that is vibrant, successful, and undergoing improvement. In addition to developing their own teaching skills, they will be committed to making a significant contribution to the life chances of students. Newly qualified psychology teachers as well as experienced psychology teachers are encouraged to apply for the position.
