Early Career Teachers - Derby
Are you an ECT looking to start your career in a Primary School?
I am currently recruiting ECTs to teach classes within Early Years, KS1 or KS2. These will be a long-term and you'll be working 5 days a week taking responsibility of the whole class.
Aspire people have worked with schools in Derby for a while and feedback is always positive from staff.
As an agency employed ECT, the schools will expect you to maintain the standards of a permanent member of staff so the following is expected:
*Strong knowledge of the curriculum.
*To have experience within a Primary School
*Regular assessments of pupils.
*Able to produce and teach exciting lessons.
*To be caring and respectful.
Our Derby team will be available 24/7 for you should you need support with anything.
The schools we work with believe that the children should get the best experience and teaching possible to ready themselves for further life and to keep them excited, happy and enthusiastic when coming to school. Our focus is to promote positive behaviour and a positive and friendly learning environment to improve the attitude and focus of the pupils.
