About the Role:

As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting the emotional well-being and academic progress of students.

• Providing supervision in subject-area classrooms during teacher absences.
• Ensuring completion of pre-planned assignments and supporting students as needed.
• Maintaining a safe and conducive learning environment through effective behavior management.

To be considered for this role, you should:

• Be eligible to work legally in the UK.
• Possess an updated Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.
• Demonstrate a commitment to child safety and well-being.
• Exhibit strong behavior management abilities and professionalism.
