Job Description:We are currently seeking a Teaching Assistant with a Psychology degree to join our team in Sheffield. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational development of students in a school setting. This is a full-time position offering a competitive daily rate.
Job Duties:- Supporting the classroom teacher in delivering lessons
- Assisting students with special educational needs (SEN)
- Providing one-on-one support to students as needed
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Degree in Psychology or related field.
- Degree in Education or related field.
- SEN certificate
Previous experience or a strong interest in working with students with SEN is highly desirable.
Knowledge and Skills:- Strong communication skills
- Personable and approachable
- Experience or interest in working with students with SEN
This is a permanent, full-time position based in Sheffield. The successful candidate will work regular school hours and collaborate closely with the teaching staff to support student learning.
