We are looking for Residential Childcare Apprenticeship Trainers and help learners achieve
their
dreams!
We are currently recruiting for passionate assessors or trainers to join our clients team in delivering Residential Childcare Apprenticeships from level 2 to 5.
They are an Ofsted grade 2 provider and have been established for over 10 years, supporting thousands of learners to achieve qualifications that enable their careers to flourish. Over the years, our client have expanded their reach and now deliver nationwide, specialising in the care industry. With this growth, they are looking for trainers to join their team in the Devon or Somerset region to continue delivering their amazing apprenticeship programmes.
This will be a full time permanent role, working on a hybrid model with travel no further than a 40 mile radius.

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering effective training in 1 to 1 or group sessions.
- Support curriculum team in creating rich content for training in line with Ofsted expectations.
- Provide appropriate assessments and reviews to the learners that are based on the standards and support them to achieve level 2 Functional Skills in Maths and English.
- Develop and deliver engaging sessions with the Apprentices.
- Supporting learners with their work and assessments.
- Managing your own workload and KPIs.
- Ensuring your caseload of 45 learners are meeting deadlines and are being met regularly.
Qualifications :
- An Assessor qualification such as CAVA, TAQA or equivalent
- Teaching qualification such as AET, PTLLS, DTLLS or equivalent
- Experienced Residential Childcare Coach that support people throughout their residential childcare qualification
- GCSE in Maths and English at level 2
- Experience delivering Apprenticeships in Residential Childcare from level 3
