A welcoming Secondary School in Torfaen is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join their friendly team. The school prides itself on its warm, community atmosphere and supportive staff.

This is a full-time position, Monday – Friday, with the potential to become full-time for the right candidate.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience teaching Science up to KS5;
• A strong commitment to becoming involved in the school community;
• Experience supporting and differentiating for students with Additional Learning Needs (ALN);
• The ability to effectively manage classroom behaviour to keep students engaged in their work;
• The ability to connect with and support lower ability students;
• A compassionate and empathetic nature.
