ABC Teachers are seeking a dedicated Cover Teacher to join us to work with our dynamic Secondary Schools in Bromsgrove and surrounding areas. As a Cover Teacher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity in the absence of regular classroom teachers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering pre-prepared lessons across various subjects and year groups.
• Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning atmosphere.
• Providing support and guidance to students to facilitate their academic progress.
• Collaborating with fellow educators and school staff to uphold academic standards.

Requirements

The successful Teacher will have;

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience working in a secondary school environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to varying teaching environments.
• Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship)

*All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
