The Ideal Candidate:

• Prior experience in handling students facing behavioural challenges, preferably within educational or special education settings
• Proficiency in behaviour management methodologies, positive reinforcement techniques, and de-escalation strategies
• Aptitude in establishing rapport and nurturing positive bonds with students, showcasing attributes of patience, empathy, and comprehension
• Effective verbal and written communication skills to facilitate seamless interaction with educators, parents, and fellow professionals
• Demonstrable problem-solving prowess and the ability to maintain composure in demanding circumstances
• Flexibility and adaptability to cater to the evolving needs of students and the educational milieu
