Empowering Learning is currently seeking passionate and dedicated ECT Primary Teachers to join our team for the upcoming academic year. We have a variety of exciting opportunities available for daily supply, short-term assignments, and long-term positions within Tameside schools starting from June 2024

Responsibilities:

• Delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to primary school students

• Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to support their development
• Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure student success
• Adhering to school policies and procedures, as well as upholding professional standards

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or currently completing Initial Teacher Training (ITT)
• Passion for education and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on young learners
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students
• Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in different classroom settings
• Knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies
• Commitment to continuous professional development and willingness to learn and grow
