Learning Support Assistant

GSL Education is looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive team in Horncastle. This role involves assisting students with additional learning needs, ensuring they receive the support required to succeed in their educational endeavors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and group support to students with various learning difficulties.
- Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote students' well-being.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with special educational needs.
- Strong communication skills and a patient approach.
- Commitment to professional development and learning.
