We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to work within a supportive school located in Hackney.

The role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting students with diverse learning needs to access the curriculum and achieve their academic goals. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide tailored support and encouragement to students, helping to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Permanent (Term time only role) 

08:00am -16:00pm 

The ideal candidate

• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning journey.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A patient and empathetic approach, with the ability to build rapport with students of all abilities.
• Graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN) is desirable but not essential.
