Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant seeking a new role within a primary school?

LTF Recruitment are currently seeking to appoint an experienced Teaching Assistant, working in a fantastic, inclusive School in the Hornsey area. The school are seeking two experienced Teaching Assistants who can provide individualised support to pupils in Year 5 and Year 6 with special educational needs, and leading small group intervention sessions to support children working below age-expected levels.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, or relevant Degree.
• Have experience of establishing successful learning relationships with a variety of pupils.
• Have genuine passion and belief in the potential of every pupil.
• Be able to understand and implement strategies and methods to help pupils to improve their learning and enjoyment of learning.
