Aspire are seeking a dedicated and caring Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a SEN school with in the Dudley area. If you are passionate about working with children with special educational needs and are eager to make a positive impact in their educational journey, get in touch today!
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-on-one and group support to students with SEN, ensuring they have access to a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
* Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and adapt teaching methods to meet the specific needs of each student.
* Collaborate with class teachers and the SENCO to create a nurturing and engaging classroom atmosphere.
* Support students in their academic and social development.
* Monitor and record progress, providing feedback to the teaching team and parents as required.
* Help maintain a safe and organised classroom setting.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant is advantageous.
* Level 3 teaching assistant qualification
* A compassionate and patient nature, with a strong desire to support children with SEN.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Willingness to work as part of a team and take direction from teaching staff.
* A commitment to promoting inclusion and equal opportunities for all students.
* Relevant qualifications or training in SEN support are a plus.
