What you will need:

* Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get one

* Experience working with children or young people with additional care needs

* 2 recent professional references

* Experience with behaviours that are challenging

* A calm & caring personality

* A strong and resilient personality and commitment to pupil's development

* Reading, writing, numeracy and communication skills
