1:1 Teaching Assistant 

Location: Leicester City Centre
Salary: £83 - £85 per day

GSL Education are seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant for a rewarding role in Leicester City Centre. This position involves working closely with a specific student to provide tailored support and facilitate their academic and social development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized support to a designated student during school hours.
• Assist in adapting materials and lessons to meet the student's individual needs.
• Help with the implementation of educational and behavioral plans in collaboration with teachers and parents.
• Monitor and encourage the student's progress and independence.

Requirements:

• Experience working one-on-one with children, particularly those with additional needs, is highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Empathetic and patient approach to student interaction.
• Enhanced DBS check on the update service is required.
