Primary Higher Level Teaching Assistant 

Location: Leicester City Centre
Salary: £90 - £110 per day

GSL Education are seeking an experienced Primary Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a supportive team in Leicester City Centre. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with teachers and students, providing high-quality support and contributing to the overall success of the school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead small group interventions and deliver pre-planned lessons under the guidance of the class teacher.
• Provide support to students across different subjects and key stages, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
• Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and prepare engaging learning activities.

Requirements:

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience is essential.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
• Enhanced DBS check on the update service is required.
