Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for a experienced SEND Teacher to join this Primary School's new SEN class for the remainder of the summer term. This is a full time, long-term role and there will be an opportunity to go permanent.

The School:

The Primary class houses pupils with ASD and learning difficulties, and the associated learning disabilities. The School is well equipped to provide the best education possible. You will have access to 2 TA's for a class of 8 pupils.

As a SEND teacher you will be responsible for the below:

• Planning and assessing pupils with Autism.
• Working with the support staff to put in place and run interventions.
• Support behaviour by following the children's plans
• Updating and setting targets for children.
• Working alongside Speech and Language Therapist

To join us and be successful in this role you will need to:

• Hold previous experience working within SEND
• Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
• CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
• Legal right to work in the UK
