Job vacancy: Recruitment Consultant - Education sector

Salary Range: £22k-£30k

OTE: 1st year £40k-£50k; 2nd year £60k+; 3rd year £90k+

Commission: up to 20% (No Threshold) plus bonuses.

Office hours: 9am - 5.30pm, fully office based

Our client is an education recruitment agency who are currently supplying teachers and teaching assistants to the public and private schools across the UK. Since the company started in 2014 it has gone from strength to strength and presently with 18 members of staff, they are looking to expand further and looking for ambitious individuals to join their team.

Job responsibilities of education recruitment consultant:

• Sourcing professionals in the education industry for placements around the UK from a variety of platforms such as Linkedin, social media forums, internal database, headhunting, referrals etc.
• Managing relationships with existing candidates and customers, building trust through regular communication and support
