Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join a lovely nursery in Horsham. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in the daily care, education, and well-being of children in our nursery. You will work with a dynamic and supportive team to create a safe, engaging, and enriching environment for young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and support for children.
• Create and implement age-appropriate educational activities.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
• Foster positive relationships with children and their families.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and organize daily routines.
• Maintain a clean and organized nursery environment.
• Document children's progress and development.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting is preferred.
• A genuine passion for working with children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Knowledge of child development and early learning principles.
