ABC Teachers are currently recruiting for an Early Career Teacher , to cover a long term full time Y3 position from September 2024. This would be a great opportunity for someone to complete one of their ECT years.

About the role

The role is looking for a primary Early Career Teacher to work with a Y3 class from September 2024, working alongside another class teacher in a two form entry. The school are happy to support an ECT through the first or second year of their ECT programme. The applicant would need to hold valid UK QTS and relevant experience in Primary Schools, which could be referenced.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Early Career Teacher - Handsworth you will:

  • We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expect all staff to share this commitment.
  • All staff must hold an enhanced DBS disclosure which must also be registered to the Update Service (or be prepared to allow us to process one for you).
  • Need to provide professional or academic references.
  • Attend a face to face interview (due to Covid-19 this will now be a video interview).
  • A prohibition from teaching check will be completed for all applicants.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

  • Valid QTS and experience
