Teach360 are currently working with a co-educational Alternative Provision school in Hilingdon They are currently seeking a high driven and experienced LSA to work in their vibrant school. they are looking for a talented individual who has a strong passion for working with students who have SEN needs and challenging behaviour.

The role - Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Hillingdon

Learning Support Assistants work alongside class teachers to assist students who require extra support. It is your responsibility to assist these students with their academic studies, whether they have special educational needs or exhibit challenging behaviour. A Learning Support Assistant will provide support and motivation to students. It is LSA's responsibility to ensure that students can fully participate in the activities generally undertaken by the other children in the class and make progress as far as possible. As a LSA, it is highly desirable to have experience working with children who have SEN.

Students who attend this division are those who have been excluded from Mainstream. Due to the nature of students' abilities, classes are smaller.
