Flexible, Part-time, or full-time hours, daily, short term or long-term assignments. 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide cover for absent teachers across EYFS, Primary, or Secondary.
• Deliver engaging and effective lessons that meet the needs of students.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to student success.
• Follow school policies and procedures to ensure a smooth transition for students in the absence of their regular teacher.
• Complete necessary administrative tasks such as marking.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Proven experience working as a teacher in a school setting.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different teaching environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability to cover assignments on short notice.
