GSL Education requires a compassionate 1-1 Teaching Assistant to support a student with specific educational needs in Spalding. This part-time role focuses on providing tailored support and fostering an inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated support to an individual student.
- Assist in the implementation of educational and behavioral plans.
- Foster a nurturing and supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Experience supporting students with additional needs is preferred.
- Patience, empathy, and dedication to student development.
- Enhanced DBS check on the update service.
