Position Overview: Are you a passionate student teacher fluent in Welsh, eager to make a difference in the lives of students in Cardiff? Tradewind Recruitment is seeking dedicated Welsh-speaking student teachers to join our team in Cardiff.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with experienced educators to develop and deliver engaging lesson plans in the medium of Welsh.
• Provide support to students in both individual and group settings, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Utilise effective classroom management techniques to create a safe and conducive space for learning.
• Participate in school events and extracurricular activities, contributing to the overall school community.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a teacher training program (PGCE/TAR).
• Fluent in Welsh with excellent communication skills in both Welsh and English.
• Passionate about education and dedicated to the academic and personal development of students.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and parents.
• Eligible to work in the UK and willing to undergo necessary background checks.
