Job Title: Cover Supervisor
Location: Northamptonshire
Type: Part-time or Full-time
Salary: £140-£180 per day

Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher.
Implement pre-planned lessons and ensure students remain on task.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to student engagement.
Provide support to students with their learning and assist with any queries or challenges.
Maintain classroom discipline and manage behavior effectively.
Requirements:
Previous experience working within a UK secondary school setting is essential.
A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to different classroom environments and work collaboratively with teaching staff.
Possession of a valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) certificate on the update service is preferred.
