👩‍🏫 Your Role and Responsibilities: As a KS2 Teacher, you'll be instrumental in nurturing the academic and personal development of children aged 7 to 11. Your key responsibilities include:

• Crafting and delivering engaging lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Cultivating a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that fosters active participation and academic excellence.
• Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to support their educational journey.
• Collaborating closely with colleagues and parents to ensure each student's holistic development.
• Upholding high teaching standards and adhering to school policies and procedures.

💼 Qualifications and Attributes: To excel in this role, you should have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience with KS2 students.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
• A creative and innovative teaching approach that ignites a passion for learning and encourages intellectual curiosity.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine enthusiasm for working with young learners.

💰 Pay and Hours:

• Work Hours: 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Term Time
• Pay:
  • KS2 Teacher: Daily Rate £160-£210 - Paid to Scale
