ABC Teachers is currently in search of a Teaching Assistant for a full-time position at a further education SEN School located in Bromsgrove. This role offers an immediate start with the potential for ongoing employment for the right candidate.

The Role

• The Teaching Assistant will play a pivotal role in assisting students to reach their maximum potential.
• Collaborating closely with a class teacher and an experienced support team.
• Engaging with students in further education who possess a range of special educational needs, notably profound multiple learning difficulties.
• Initially, a full-time position commences in May, with the possibility of continuation for the ideal candidate.

Requirements 
As the suitable candidate you will: 

• Have a suitable qualification for working with children and young people such as Health and Social Care, Children and Young People's Workforce.
• Have experience of working with children with special education needs and disabilities.
• Be confident in your abilities and skills to promote happy and confident learners.
• Able to obtain suitable references and a DBS check.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are a suitable qualification for working with children and experience working with special education needs.
